Polyethylene foam, also known as EPE (Pearl Cotton), is a new eco-friendly packaging material with a non-crosslinked closed-cell structure. It is composed of countless independent bubbles formed through the physical foaming of low-density polyethylene resin, commonly used at a 40x foaming density of 23 kg/m³.
Applicable Industries: This material has a wide range of applications for packaging electronic products, such as industrial computers, medium to large servers, large drones, solar inverters, and large home appliances. It can be adhered to corrugated cardboard to create protective inlay products.
