FSC® Certification

What is FSC® forest certification?

  • The Forest Stewardship Council™ is an independent non-governmental organization (NGO) established in 1993. It is composed of global environmental groups, timber trade organizations, forestry workers, local communities, and certification bodies. FSC is one of the most internationally recognized forest certification standards.

There are two types of FSC® certificates

  • "Forest Management (FM) Certificate" : This is issued to forest management organizations to ensure that the forest land is managed in an environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable manner.
  • "Chain of Custody (CoC) Certificate" : This is issued to manufacturers, suppliers, and sellers of forestry products, such as furniture manufacturers, paper industries, printing industries, and all wood-related product industries. It ensures that all supply chain stages, from forest harvesting, production, transfer, and distribution to the final consumer, come from responsibly managed forests, recycled materials, and other controlled sources, without mixing in illegally harvested wood.

Key Benefits

  • Ensure the organization achieves market share with a significant competitive advantage.
  • Combat global deforestation and protect biodiversity.
  • Demonstrate the organization's commitment to sustainability to stakeholders.
  • Enhance brand image.
Water-based Eco-friendly Ink

The printed surface dries quickly, and the ink is free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), reducing VOC emissions from factories. This offers advantages such as being environmentally friendly and non-toxic to humans, while also minimizing the generation of pollutants. Therefore, it is suitable for use on packaging for the beverage industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, children's toys, and other printed cardboard products.
